Welcome to New Tech Institute

Stem

EVSC New Tech Institute High School is a full-day high school that opened in 2010.  With project-based learning, a smaller school size, and students working to solve community-based issues and projects, we prepare students for real world situations.  We focus on integrating STEM disciplines into all subject areas, and we are rooted in trust, respect, and responsibility. Students attending New Tech Institute HS can participate in Archery, Robotics, and many other extra-curricular activities here, plus they are eligible to participate in athletics or band at their EVSC district school. Six cohorts of students have graduated from NTI since 2014, with a graduation rate above 90% each year.

In 2016 the Indiana Department of Education named New Tech Institute a STEM Certified School (2016 - 2021). Also, New Tech Institute is a Demonstration Site and Exemplary School in the New Tech Network. In 2019, Batelle For Kids and Partnerships for 21st Century Learning (P21) designated New Tech Institute as one of eighteen P21 Learning Exemplars in the nation.
